Alors comment adapter les s\u00e9ances pour donner un peu plus de dynamisme et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus ludique.<\/p>\n<p>La pyramide est peut \u00eatre la solution ! il faut tout faire dans le d\u00e9tail sans boucle. il faut \u00e9galement pr\u00e9voir un temps d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement d&rsquo;environ 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>l\u2019id\u00e9e est simple au lieu de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter plusieurs fois la m\u00eame dur\u00e9e (ou la m\u00eame distance), vous aller faire des r\u00e9p\u00e9titions sous forme de pyramide.<\/p>\n<p>on augmente jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une dur\u00e9e maximum puis on r\u00e9duit en retrouvant les dur\u00e9es de l\u2019augmentation.<\/p>\n<p>Exemple : 30 s \/ 1 min \/ 2 min \/ 3 min \/ 2 min \/ 1 min \/ 30 s entre les parties rapides vous devez prendre un temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration dans ce cas je proposerai 1m30s.
