En effet, la course \u00e0 pied g\u00e9n\u00e8re des dizaines de milliers de cellules dans le cerveau, cellules qui sont attach\u00e9s \u00e0 la fonction m\u00e9moire (vous avez surement remarqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s 4h de souffrance sur un marathon vous \u00eates capable de r\u00e9citer vos temps de passages au premier venu&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>En effet, l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation du corps lors de l&rsquo;exercice am\u00e9liore le fonctionnement du cerveau et permet une utilisation maximal.<\/p>\n<p>Et chose surprenante, ils ont test\u00e9 cette th\u00e9orie sur deux groupes de rat (merci pour l&rsquo;analogie&#8230; le coureur est le rat qui cours dans une roue&#8230;).
