On peut voir \u00e9galement le type de pile utilis\u00e9 : RS 2032.<\/p>\n<p>Je passe donc chez un buraliste pour trouver le bon mod\u00e8le et ainsi pouvoir relancer la machine. Je m&rsquo;installe tranquillement sur mon bureau, je mets un linge entre la montre et le bureau. Je sors mon portefeuille pour trouver la pi\u00e8ce qui se loge parfaitement dans cette petite fente, je choisis finalement une magnifique pi\u00e8ce de 1 euro (mill\u00e9sime 2005, vous verrez c&rsquo;est important pour la suite&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Je place la pi\u00e8ce dans la fente, je maintiens fortement le Polar et j&rsquo;essaye de d\u00e9visser doucement. Rien&#8230; pas un mouvement&#8230; je commence \u00e0 forcer un peu&#8230; toujours rien&#8230;encore&#8230; et la pi\u00e8ce glisse faisant une belle marque sur le dos du Polar.<\/p>\n<p>Je vois rouge et je commence \u00e0 sortir la collection de tournevis&#8230; au bout de 30 minutes la vis n&rsquo;a pas boug\u00e9 d&rsquo;un millim\u00e8tre et la fente n&rsquo;est plus visible.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu fach\u00e9, je fonce sur internet et je comprends bien que j&rsquo;ai fait l&rsquo;erreur de vouloir faire moi-m\u00eame&#8230; il vaut mieux aller dans un centre Polar agr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 Dijon soit au moins 2 heures de route. Comme cela fait un peu loin j&rsquo;ai contact\u00e9 le service apr\u00e8s vente Polar pour connaitre la proc\u00e9dure de retour.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur est sous vide d&rsquo;air il est donc tr\u00e8s difficile de d\u00e9visser le syst\u00e8me sans des outils appropri\u00e9s. Je vais donc renvoyer mon cardio au SAV Polar \u00e0 Biarritz. Pour cela il suffit de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polarfrance.fr\/fr\/support\/service_price_list\">formulaire SAV Client,<\/a> de le remplir et de renvoyer le tout sur l&rsquo;adresse indiqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai appell\u00e9 le SAV pour connaitre le prix 22 Euros pour le changement de pile et 5,90 Euros pour remplacer le cache que j&rsquo;ai fractur\u00e9 \u00e0 coup de pi\u00e8ce de 1 euro et de tournevis.
