Mais je vais plut\u00f4t vous pr\u00e9senter une analyse des deux records olympiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 P\u00e9kin par Kenenisa Bekele, sur 5000m et 10000m.<br \/>\nUn nouveau syst\u00e8me a en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place sur la piste d&rsquo;athl\u00e9tisme du Nid d&rsquo;Oiseau pour effectuer de nombreuses mesures. Les athl\u00e8tes portaient tous une puce int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 leur dossard permettant de conna\u00eetre les temps de passage exacts tous les 100m, alors qu&rsquo;habituellement cela est fait tous les 400m (ou tous les kilom\u00e8tres pour certains cross et courses hors stade). Les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es sont d\u00e9sormais <a title=\"Temps interm\u00e9diaires d\u00e9taill\u00e9s fournis par ST SPORTSERVICE GmbH\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/jo-pekin-intermediate-times.pdf\">disponibles<\/a> pour toutes les s\u00e9ries (hommes et femmes) sur 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 10000m et 3000m steeple. J&rsquo;ai donc voulu voir par curiosit\u00e9 le sch\u00e9ma de course pour les finales des 5000m et 10000m, en regardant de plus pr\u00e8s les temps des athl\u00e8tes m\u00e9daill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le classement du 5000m \u00e9tait :<br \/>\n&#8211; 1. 12&rsquo;57&Prime;82 Bekele (Eth)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2. 13&rsquo;02&Prime;80 Kipchoge (Ken)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3. 13&rsquo;06&Prime;22 Soi (Ken)<\/p>\n<p>Et le classement du 10000m :<br \/>\n&#8211; 1. 27&rsquo;01&Prime;17 Bekele (Eth)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2. 27&rsquo;02&Prime;77 Sihine (Eth)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3. 27&rsquo;04&Prime;11 Kogo (Ken) &amp; Masai (Ken)<\/p>\n<p>En observant les temps cumul\u00e9s interm\u00e9diaires, difficile de voir comment s&rsquo;est courue la course. Par contre, les temps interm\u00e9diaires pris s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, par tranche de 100m, permet de bien identifier les moments cl\u00e9s de ce genre de courses, comme le montrent les 2 graphiques ci-dessous.<br \/>\n<a title=\"Final du 5000m H aux JO de P\u00e9kin\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/jo-pekin-5000m1.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[pics1262]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"attachment wp-att-1269\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/jo-pekin-5000m1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a><a title=\"Final du 10000m H aux JO de P\u00e9kin\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/jo-pekin-10000m.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[pics1262]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"attachment wp-att-1272\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/jo-pekin-10000m.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"211\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9part est pris relativement vite, dans le but bien \u00e9videmment d&rsquo;\u00eatre bien plac\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part par rapport aux autres concurrents. Ceci est primordial pour une course sur piste, pour pouvoir prendre la corde dans les virages. Dans les courses hors stade, on constate \u00e9galement des d\u00e9parts assez rapides mais c&rsquo;est bien moins marqu\u00e9 car les parcours tournent rarement toujours du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9. Ensuite, comme pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration brutale du d\u00e9part, le rythme tombe un peu (environ pendant 1 tour sur ce 5000m et 2 tours sur le 10000m)<br \/>\navant de s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer \u00e0 nouveau pour se stabiliser au tour de la vitesse moyenne de course : 15&Prime;55 au 100m sur 5000m et 16&Prime;21 au 100m sur 10000m.<br \/>\nPuis vient le moment d\u00e9cisif, le final, o\u00f9 chacun doit donner le peu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qu&rsquo;il lui reste. Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que Bekele impressionne. En t\u00e9moigne son dernier tour sur 5000m o\u00f9 il parcourt la ligne droite oppos\u00e9e en 13 secondes, prenant ainsi 1 et 2.3 secondes respectivement aux futurs second et troisi\u00e8me, et confirmant encore sa sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 dans le dernier virage en 13.4 secondes, prenant encore 1.5 et 2.9 secondes \u00e0 ses poursuivants. Et que dire de la fin de son 10000m, o\u00f9 il s&rsquo;envole dans le dernier virage en 12.5 secondes (vitesse qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a m\u00eame pas atteinte sur le 5000m !), distan\u00e7ant irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement ses adversaires.<br \/>\nTenir un rythme \u00e9lev\u00e9 tout au long de la course, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien difficile. Alors pouvoir encore acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sur la fin pour s&rsquo;imposer, c&rsquo;est faire preuve d&rsquo;une bonne gestion de course et surtout d&rsquo;une excellente pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame loin des enjeux olympiques, sur une course locale ou internationale, sur 10, 15, 20 kilom\u00e8tres ou plus, cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pouvoir tenir notre rythme ou m\u00eame pouvoir acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e est un atout qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas n\u00e9gliger pour faire une performance. Mais pour y parvenir, il faut s&rsquo;entrainer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9remment, pour habituer son corps (et son mental) \u00e0 ce type d&rsquo;effort. Le plus simple \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, lors d&rsquo;une sortie \u00e0 <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> donn\u00e9e, est de d\u00e9buter sur un rythme plus lent que pr\u00e9vu (de 5 \u00e0 15 secondes au kilom\u00e8tre), puis d&rsquo;augmenter progressivement l&rsquo;allure pour \u00eatre au rythme pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 mi-course et finir l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus vite.
