Egoutter et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement\u00a0avant de les peler. Cette op\u00e9ration peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e la veille.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C. Enduire les ramequins de margarine, les poser dans\u00a0un plat \u00e0 gratin et les entourer d&rsquo;eau. <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">-&gt; personnellement je cuis dans un plat \u00e0 cake, comme un cake, pas au bain marie.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Travailler les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Ajouter les patates douces, le gingembre, la margarine, le lait de riz et la\u00a0farine. M\u00e9langer bien.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Monter les blancs en neige avec le sel et les incorporer. R\u00e9partir l&rsquo;appareil\u00a0dans les moules et faire cuire au bain-marie durant 45-50 minutes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement les g\u00e2teaux et consommer de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence le jour m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>10\/ <\/strong>Parce que comme moi, vous habitez dans une \u00eele paradisiaque o\u00f9 la patate douce
