Je lui ai demand\u00e9 si cela pouvait venir d&rsquo;un traitement hormonal que j&rsquo;ai du prendre deux semaines avant.\u00a0 Il m&rsquo;a assur\u00e9 que non mais m&rsquo;a fait part d&rsquo;une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par un ost\u00e9opathe ayant d\u00e9montr\u00e9e que les femmes se blessaient plus les 13e et 14e jour de leur cycle.<\/p>\n<p><em> Je savais d\u00e9j\u00e0 que l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sportif pouvait avoir une incidence sur le cycle, puisque j&rsquo;avais parl\u00e9 d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/confidences-entre-filles-7014.html\">am\u00e9nhorr\u00e9es<\/a><\/em><em> suite \u00e0 un plan d&rsquo;entrainement pour mon semi-marathon en juin mais je ne savais pas que le contraire \u00e9tait vrai aussi, que le cycle hormonal, pouvait influer sur les performances sportives (en dehors de la fatigue li\u00e9e \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles abondantes). Je ne savais pas que les femmes \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de se blesser que les hommes et j&rsquo;imaginais m\u00eame le contraire car en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous sommes plus raisonnables \ud83d\ude09 nous suivons les plans d&rsquo;entrainement \u00e0 la lettre sans nous sur-entrainer\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/cycle.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-12179\" title=\"cycle\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/cycle-285x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/cycle-285x300.png 285w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/cycle.png 306w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/a>J&rsquo;ai retrouv\u00e9 les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de cette \u00e9tude sur Internet : il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une recherche men\u00e9e par l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital Portland de Londres. Le Dr Stephen Sandler et ses coll\u00e8gues ont fait une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 1000 ost\u00e9opathes. Ils ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait effectivement plus d blessures \u00e0 certains moments du cycle menstruel et qu&rsquo;il y avait bien un lien entre le niveau d&rsquo;hormones et les caract\u00e9ristiques des articulations.<\/p>\n<p>En fait il y aurait, selon cette \u00e9tude deux p\u00e9riodes dans le cycle pendant lesquelles devraient \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement vigilantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong> &#8211; entre le 12i\u00e8me et le 14i\u00e8me jour du cycle<br \/>\n<\/strong>-&gt; le niveau d&rsquo;oestrog\u00e8ne baisse<br \/>\n-&gt; douleurs lombaires et pelviennes<\/p>\n<p><strong> &#8211; entre le 24e et le 26e jour du cycle<\/strong><br \/>\n-&gt; la relaxine augmente<br \/>\n-&gt; douleurs lombaires et cou<\/p>\n<p>Une autre \u00e9tude a aussi montr\u00e9 que :<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; entre J10 \u00e0 J14 du cycle(phase ovulatoire)<\/strong><br \/>\n-&gt; l&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation \u0153strog\u00e9nique est importante,<br \/>\n-&gt; plus grande susceptibilit\u00e9 de rupture du LCA Ligament Crois\u00e9 Ant\u00e9rieur, entorse grave du genou)<br \/>\n-&gt; baisse de la performance physique s&rsquo;exprimant par une diminution de l&rsquo;habilet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Bon, tout cela ne va pas m&#8217;emp\u00eacher de pratiquer mon sport favori mais me permettre d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus vigilante.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/12173-12173.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 rendre une petite visite \u00e0 mon ost\u00e9opathe pour un probl\u00e8me tendineux.
