Le signe le plus caract\u00e9ristique de la maladie de Raynaud est les changements locaux de couleur cutan\u00e9e : d&rsquo;abord une p\u00e2leur due \u00e0 l&rsquo;isch\u00e9mie, puis une cyanose en raison du manque d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation, puis une rougeur provoqu\u00e9e par la vasodilatation r\u00e9actionnelle. Ce cycle de variations de couleur est vu chez les 2\/3 des personnes. Ces changements de couleur s&rsquo;accompagnent souvent de sensations douloureuses (br\u00fblure, engourdissement, picotements&#8230;) ;<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> <\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><em>Le vasospasme peut \u00eatre induit par le froid ou par un stress \u00e9motionnel.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les trucs et astuces que je donne ci-apr\u00e8s ne sont en aucun cas des conseils m\u00e9dicaux car je ne suis pas un professionnel de sant\u00e9, et ne s&rsquo;apparentent pas en aucun cas \u00e0 de l&rsquo;exercice ill\u00e9gal de la m\u00e9decine. Il s&rsquo;agit simplement d&rsquo;un partage d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Voil\u00e0, c&rsquo;est dit \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>E<span style=\"color: #262626;\">n cas de \u00ab\u00a0vasospasme\u00a0\u00bb, traitement de la maladie de Reynaud -&gt;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>1\/Appliquer imm\u00e9diatement de la chaleur. Si une crise survient pendant votre run et que vous avez gar\u00e9 votre voiture pas loin, pr\u00e9voyez un thermos d&rsquo;eau chaude par exemple et un linge qui pourra faire bouillotte.<br \/>\n<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>2\/ Eviter la caf\u00e9ine<br \/>\n<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>3\/ Certains auteurs ont fait \u00e9tat de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un traitement \u00e0 base de calcium (2 g\/jour) et de magn\u00e9sium (1 g\/jour), tandis que d&rsquo;autres pr\u00f4nent la consommation d&rsquo;huiles riches en acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s \u00e0 doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
