Et bien non ! Car ces plans sont &#8230; particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re particularit\u00e9, ils sont tr\u00e8s courts : <strong>6 ou 8 semaines<\/strong>. Vous voyez bien qu&rsquo;on est encore dans les temps.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me particularit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 leur bri\u00e8vet\u00e9, ils ne vous obligeront pas \u00e0 courir plus de 4 s\u00e9ances par semaine. Des versions \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ances sont m\u00eame propos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me particularit\u00e9, en fonction de votre objectif, tous les temps auxquels r\u00e9aliser les diff\u00e9rentes s\u00e9ances vous sont donn\u00e9s. Je serai d\u00e9pl\u00e2tr\u00e9 de ma fracture du pied la semaine prochaine et je me laissais jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fin janvier pour voir ce que je serais capable de faire au MDP (soit 9 semaines de pr\u00e9paration).
