J&rsquo;attire votre attention sur le fait que ces deux r\u00e9solutions constituent, tout au moins en ce qui me concerne, un v\u00e9ritable challenge. J&rsquo;ai en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 &#8211; tardivement, je l&rsquo;avoue &#8211; sur la route et je n&rsquo;ai jamais os\u00e9 m&rsquo;aventurer, ne serait-ce que sur un chemin de campagne. Et depuis que je cours minimaliste, j&rsquo;ai augment\u00e9 ma cadence de foul\u00e9e, donc ma vitesse d&rsquo;impact au sol, suivant en cela les recommandations des sp\u00e9cialistes du genre.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas le passage de l&rsquo;an neuf qui m&rsquo;a fait prendre ces orientations mais la Science avec un S majuscule. Je viens en effet de prendre connaissance, coup sur coup, de deux \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes qui ont boulevers\u00e9 ma conception de la course \u00e0 pied. Bon, quand je dis boulevers\u00e9, c&rsquo;est une figure de style, il ne faudrait quand m\u00eame pas que j&rsquo;en rajoute trop.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re, italienne, est une \u00e9tude statistique portant sur trois groupes de coureurs de m\u00eame niveau et s&rsquo;entra\u00eenant le m\u00eame temps par semaine. Le premier groupe ne courait que sur la route, le deuxi\u00e8me mixait route et trail, le troisi\u00e8me se focalisait exclusivement sur le trail. Il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que le groupe qui a subi le plus de pathologies de type chroniques (tendinites) ou de type fracture de fatigue est le premier, celui qui ne s&rsquo;entra\u00eenait que sur la route, ce qui pourrait s&rsquo;expliquer par la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de mouvements strictement identiques \u00e0 tire-larigot. Ce qui n&rsquo;est pas le cas des deux autres groupes qui variaient les surfaces et les appuis et \u00e9vitaient ainsi ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition source d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement locaux ou de micro-fractures \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de la &#8230; macro-fracture de fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde est n\u00e9erlandaise et \u00e9galement statistique. Elle montre que ce n&rsquo;est pas tant la duret\u00e9 de la surface sur laquelle on court qui est cause de fractures de fatigue des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s basses, mais la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle on frappe le sol et la transmission de cette vitesse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la jambe. Une notion pas \u00e9vidente \u00e0 manier en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ou de foul\u00e9e &#8230; C&rsquo;est le moins qu&rsquo;on puisse dire. Cela dit, on peut &#8211; c&rsquo;est moi qui parle &#8211; envisager deux axes de r\u00e9flexion : 1) la cadence de la foul\u00e9e, existe-t-il une vitesse id\u00e9ale non traumatisante 2) l&rsquo;amorti (au sens large du terme) : comment le concevoir &#8211; soit par le design de la chaussure, soit par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments physiques posturaux &#8211; pour qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9duise la vitesse de frappe \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact ressentie effectivement par le pied.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, j&rsquo;envisage maintenant, lorsque je pourrai reprendre l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, de panacher mes s\u00e9ances route \/ chemins et de commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e9ventuelle d&rsquo;un retour \u00e0 des chaussures plus classiques (mes AVIA par exemple).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/science-cette-annee-je-me-mets-au-trail-11282.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>Cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9, d&rsquo;une part de me mettre au trail, d&rsquo;autre part, de ralentir ma vitesse d&rsquo;impact au sol.
