Si vous avez aimez et que vous voulez donner la chance \u00e0 Cathy de gagner une tenue de running compl\u00e8te, cliquez sur le \u00ab J\u2019aime \u00bb Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a encore un an c&rsquo;\u00e9tait moi l&rsquo;anti-sportive qui d\u00e9bitait cette \u00e2nerie en me moquant des copines qui allaient \u00e0 la gym&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Et puis mon corps a eu 40 ans pas mon esprit me semblait-il ! Et si je chaussais mes Nike qui f\u00eataient leur 15\u00e8me anniversaire sans une rayure ? mais juste pour que mon corps se raffermit apr\u00e8s j&rsquo;arr\u00eate !<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9but mars 2010 premi\u00e8re sortie je tiens 15 minutes j&rsquo;en peux plus, je marche 5 minutes et je repars 15 minutes, je reviens tellement essoufl\u00e9e mais aussi tellement \u00ab\u00a0nettoy\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb un sentiment nouveau s&rsquo;installe.<\/p>\n<p>Evidemment les vieilles Nike me font des ampoules, tiens il existe des chaussettes adapt\u00e9s ? tiens il y a aussi des baskets adapt\u00e9s ? et la tenue faut qu&rsquo;elle respire ?..<\/p>\n<p>1 mois apr\u00e8s \u00e0 mon grand \u00e9tonnement je \u00ab\u00a0tiens\u00a0\u00bb 35 minutes sans m&rsquo;arr\u00eater je suis si heureuse.. je deviens accro&#8230; mon mari tout \u00e9tonn\u00e9 m&rsquo;offre mes premi\u00e8res baskets les toutes nouvelles NB  mais apr\u00e8s quelques s\u00e9ances douleur au pied apr\u00e8s chaque footing,  je boite la moiti\u00e9 de la semaine&#8230; Tiens il existe des podologues pour les coureurs ? Madame vous \u00eates pronatrice ! quoi prona-quoi ? Tiens on n&rsquo;a pas tous les m\u00eames pieds ?<\/p>\n<p>Asics pour pronatrice je vous adore ! c&rsquo;est des chaussons pour moi et plus de douleurs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>7 mois que je cours entre 8 et 14 km 2 \u00e0 3 fois par semaine, je rep\u00e8re une affiche \u00ab\u00a0foul\u00e9es des Gazelles\u00a0\u00bb Toulon 7.5 km pour la recherche contre le cancer du sein.. Tiens et si j&rsquo;essayais ? angoisse, stress de paraitre bien \u00ab\u00a0nulle\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; finalement je finis 102\u00e8me sur 800 \u00e0 mon grand \u00e9tonnement, un plaisir tr\u00e8s mitig\u00e9 sur la course mais la fiert\u00e9 de porter MON premier t-shirt offert, il  est beau, il est rose et il dit que j&rsquo;ai couru lol<\/p>\n<p>Octobre c&rsquo;est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avec mon mari qui s&rsquo;est remis au footing on tente les 10 km de Tamaris et ceux de Saint Tropez, en essayant cette fois-\u00e7i de ne pas me mettre la pression<\/p>\n<p>Courir c&rsquo;est bien mais je ne progresse pas ! tiens y&rsquo; a un truc qui s&rsquo;app\u00e8le \u00ab\u00a0fractionn\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ?, tiens y&rsquo;a des supers montres GPS ? tiens y&rsquo;a des nouveaux mots que je d\u00e9couvre : <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a>, FC, &#8230;<br \/>\nJe m&rsquo;informe gr\u00e2ce au net, investit dans une <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a>, d\u00e9bute le fractionn\u00e9 et &#8230;. cours Cathy cours&#8230;. un jour peut \u00eatre  tu seras \u00e0 la hauteur de ceux dont tu lis avec admiration,  les impressions de leurs semi, marathon, trail ou 100 km sur Wanarun..<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0plut\u00f4t me priver de manger que de faire du sport\u00a0\u00bb Y&rsquo;a que les imb\u00e9ciles qui ne changent pas d&rsquo;avis&#8230; et les railleries ont plu croyez-moi<\/p>\n<p>merci \u00e0 vous pour ce petit jeu qui m&rsquo;a permis de faire un point 9 mois apr\u00e8s mes premi\u00e8res foul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/plutot-me-priver-de-manger-que-de-faire-du-sport-10867.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>quatri\u00e8me article de la s\u00e9rie \u00ab Les amis de Wanarun sur Facebook parlent.. \u00bb avec Cathy.
