Cyclistes, nageurs, triathl\u00e8tes, skieurs nordiques, mais aussi, bien \u00e9videmment et c&rsquo;est pour cela qu&rsquo;on en parle sur Wanarun, coureurs \u00e0 pied \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de cet ouvrage, bref &#8211; 128 pages -, tr\u00e8s plaisant \u00e0 lire et, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs toujours le cas chez Amphora, tr\u00e8s complet, est, comme le titre l&rsquo;indique, de vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9passer vos limites actuelles, \u00e0 aller plus loin, courir plus longtemps, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une pr\u00e9paration mentale adapt\u00e9e. N&rsquo;y cherchez surtout pas de plan d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00ab\u00a0physique\u00a0\u00bb. Ce ne sont pas les jambes que l&rsquo;auteur veut vous faire travailler mais la &#8230; t\u00eate \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Quelques mots sur l&rsquo;auteur : <strong>Patrick TOTH<\/strong> est psycho-sociologue et Ma\u00eetre praticien en PNL. Il s&rsquo;est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la pratique de sports aux efforts extr\u00eames ; il s\u2019est notamment qualifi\u00e9 trois fois pour le mythique Ironman d\u2019Hawaii.\u00a0 Il d\u00e9veloppe des programmes de pr\u00e9paration mentale destin\u00e9s aux athl\u00e8tes professionnels et aux sportifs ambitieux. Son exp\u00e9rience de dirigeant d\u2019entreprise lui permet \u00e9galement de proposer ses mod\u00e8les d\u2019action aupr\u00e8s de cadres et de dirigeants.<\/p>\n<p>Autant il est \u00ab\u00a0facile\u00a0\u00bb de proposer par livre interpos\u00e9 des plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement \u00ab\u00a0physique\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; je reprends mon terme &#8211; car ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre mis en application avec un chronom\u00e8tre, un GPS, un cardio &#8230; autant l&rsquo;exercice de la pr\u00e9paration mentale \u00e0 distance est p\u00e9rilleux ! Les sp\u00e9cialistes en communication le savent bien. Patrick Toth se sort tr\u00e8s bien de cet \u00e9cueil.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;abord par la forme du livre qui offre plusieurs voies d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s : une lecture lin\u00e9aire, une lecture par chapitre d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat ou une lecture uniquement des 12 fiches d&rsquo;exercices. Je vous conseille dans un premier temps une lecture lin\u00e9aire afin de bien situer l&rsquo;ensemble des conseils et exercices dans une logique globale : qu&rsquo;est-ce que le mental de gagnant ? Les \u00e9tapes de la pr\u00e9paration. Se fixer des objectifs. Comment r\u00e9agir le jour J. Une attitude positive (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/nouvelles-du-monde-et-dailleurs-10407.html\">Rappelez-vous cette d\u00e9couverte scientifique r\u00e9cente dont je vous ai fait part : des \u00e9motions positives avant une comp\u00e9tition sont sources de performance<\/a>). Croire en votre r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p>Le langage est clair et il n&rsquo;est point besoin de relire trois fois chaque phrase pour la comprendre. Au terme des 124 pages, on comprend bien ce qui distingue le champion, capable de se surmotiver le jour o\u00f9 il le faut, de celui qui se laisse envahir par des \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives et compile les \u00e9checs. Une fois qu&rsquo;on a dit cela, on en est encore au stade du constat &#8230; Maintenant, il faut pratiquer.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices propos\u00e9s sont-ils \u00ab\u00a0faisables\u00a0\u00bb par tout un chacun ? Si certains sont relativement ais\u00e9s, tel celui sur la d\u00e9termination de l&rsquo;objectif, d&rsquo;autres le sont moins, je pense en particulier \u00e0 celui qui consiste \u00e0 reformuler en permanence les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives en pens\u00e9es positives. Plus difficile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire et qui n\u00e9cessite un gros travail sur soi.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;envisage de mettre en application les principes de cet ouvrage \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de mon marathon de Paris 2011 o\u00f9 je vais essayer de passer sous la barre des 3 heures.
