Loin de moi l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de remettre en cause tant 1) que 2) qui s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent bien souvent des \u00e9vidences &#8230; \u00e0 condition de respecter quelques principes de base.<\/p>\n<p>Il est tentant dans une descente de vouloir aller le plus vite possible en allongeant la foul\u00e9e au maximum. C&rsquo;est une erreur qui risque de se payer cash assez rapidement, notamment au niveau des quadriceps. Erreur qui, d&rsquo;ailleurs, conduit quasi-immanquablement \u00e0 une autre erreur &#8230; de freinage lorsque la vitesse devient trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e : on se cambre vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Pour bien descendre, il convient donc :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; de garder une amplitude de foul\u00e9e raisonnable, voire r\u00e9duite. La litt\u00e9rature parle parfois de \u00ab\u00a02\/3 de la foul\u00e9e sur le plat\u00a0\u00bb et m\u00eame de 1\/2.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; de ne pas trop d\u00e9coller les pieds du sol mais par contre de les lever tr\u00e8s rapidement, ce qui est facilit\u00e9 par la foul\u00e9e r\u00e9duite \u00e9voqu\u00e9e ci-dessus. Ce qui donne parfois l&rsquo;impression de \u00ab\u00a0tricoter\u00a0\u00bb surtout dans les descentes abruptes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; de conserver hanches et pieds sur la m\u00eame verticale et d&rsquo;avancer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les \u00e9paules vers l&rsquo;avant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour avoir exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 sur une pente \u00e0 17% \u00ab\u00a0le tricot\u00a0\u00bb, je peux vous dire que c&rsquo;est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9vident et que cela n\u00e9cessite un peu d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement avant d&rsquo;en poss\u00e9der la ma\u00eetrise.
